I bought the full version of Windows 7 which will work on all OS's like running Bootcamp on Mac with Windows 7 , Will this include upgrade or will all my files get deleted , Should it just run directly in the OS?

I don't exactly understand what you're asking, but I'll guess. So, you purchased the full version and want to use it to upgrade an existing OS, such as Vista? To my knowledge, if that's the case, you can't do it. You must purchase the Upgrade version if you plan on upgrading, the full version must be clean installed, meaning you'll have to backup your programs and files. That's the one thing that bothers me about Microsoft's OSes. There might be an option to archive and install, but I can't be 100% sure.

So, essentially, unless the policy has changed, you can't upgrade with a full version. The serial numbers are completely different for the two.

Hope this helped, and that I understood your question.
