Windows 7, just cos its as reliable as XP and has similiar looks to windows vista... Windows 7 has a very light shell theme as well so thats one reason why its waay quicker then vistaand as with windows os having loads of virus's yes thats true but the only way u can get them is if ur not careful

one day i reinstalled a AV and done several tests and still never had a virus still aint running one now XD

Im using Windows XP SP2 since my PC is too old for Windows 7 and I really dont like Vista..
