What browser do u like best?

Actually thats true I was using Oprea for a while and it was very very fast, and i like the speed dial...I just found problems installing plug-ins

You don't really need plug-ins :-p
It has a lot of things include in it, RSS, Email, IRC, all in the browser without a need for an addon. Some add-ons that are made though don't install well, they may be out of date for the browser, they've been releasing major releases a lot more frequently now.

No way, Opera has IRC? Can you use Duncsweb Chat in it?

You can, its not a good client to use if you're a channel or server mod, but its good for the average user.
