Still getting email flooded with duncsweb emails

My email is still getting loads of duncsweb emails ('someone replied to a watched thread') even though I turned off the email option in preferences (see below). Any ideas how to stop them?

Yes, but I have the option for email notifying turned off.

Same goes for me. Turned it off a while ago - I think it only sends emails to threads you were watching before you turned the email option off? Not 100% sure though

Has this been turned off altogether now as I haven't been getting almost any emails even though the threads I'm watching have had a lot of new posts.

The email has been changed to [email protected]

Other than that the email system is on
