Im runing windows xp sp3

Mozilla firefox and IE and Opera and Safari and Google Chrome are all unable to open (symantec,Mcafee,avast,......) and all other security software websites
i did some search and i noticed it could be a malware blocking issue
so i did a scan with Malware Bytes anti malware and found 10 infected items which were deleted successfully but still the problem is persisting

PS : i cant update my antivirus program nor Malware bytes
and i tried doing a system restore but nothing changed

Please help me i really need ur help

Sounds like you got yourself a rootkit(a virus that blocks you from going to any anti-virus site and speards itself over time).Well If MalwareBytes didn't find it I suggest reinstaling your Windows XP.Unless do you have any program runnin that is named "System Antivirus" or "XP antivirus"?

Check your "Hosts" files...

C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\hosts - Open this file in Notepad (NOTE: it hasn't got a file-extension).
Remove all entries that have the domain names of the website(s) you wish to view, and save it

Trying updating your antivirus program and do a scan in safe mode with networking. If that doesn't work, I suggest using Avira Rescue System or UBCD4Win and burn either one of them into a dvd rom.

Avira Rescue System( Burn Iso image directly into dvd rom)
