Personally I hate spam mail, and just recently I've been getting 200+ messages a day, all because if the site that "Spams your enemies" I won't post the link since it's not helpful and it just causes people frustration. >

Gmail is also useful because you can use iGoogle and set that as your homepage and have the option to see your email when you open up your browser.
