☠️ How To Resurrect Dead Links

Dead links can be a nightmare, especially with the age of the internet ever increasing, the possibility of websites disappearing, moving, expiring.

Fortunately we have a few options when trying to get our links back.

Google Cache

Google keeps stuff around for a short while, a quick way is to use the following in the address bar:

http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search?q=cache:

Add your link to the end and take out http://


Wayback Machine

You've probably heard of it, the wayback machine keeps local copies of the majority of websites available today. However you can now get addons for your browser from them that can detect dead links as you see them, and offer up a past version where the website did exist.
